As a Senior Technical Program Manager in Google Unified Security and Threat Operations (GUSTO), you will act as a team multiplier as we transition our data platform to BigQuery and address Capacity efficiencies to set our product for the next step change. You will be a leader who develops in dynamic environments, adeptly managing a complex ecosystem of internal and cross product area dependencies.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $192,000-$278,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Drive the transition to the next generation of security operations data platform with BigQuery and continue driving the ambitious roadmap for the platform capabilities.
- Ensure security operations products are reliable and have adequate capacity at scale partnering with the central Capacity and Storage product areas and drive automation and process innovation leveraging AI where possible.
- Reinvent processes to increase efficiencies and help teams in overall execution.
- Manage communication of progress/status within the core team and with our partners.
- Take a holistic and strategic approach to remove process friction and build efficiencies.
