Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Computer, or Mechatronics Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in manufacturing of server, networking, or cloud infrastructure products.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Mechatronics or equivalent engineering experience.
- 8 years of experience in manufacturing or development of server/networking/cloud infrastructure products.
- New product introduction (NPI) development or manufacturing experience with Tier 1 CSP products.
- Experience developing and integrating manufacturing hardware using custom electronics, fixturing, and instrumentation.
- Experience with engaging and collaborating with international teams and contract manufacturers.
- Ability to travel internationally as needed.

Responsibilities
- Build, optimize, and deploy Google data center networking and optics hardware in collaboration with global manufacturing partners.
- Define Design for Manufacturing (DFM) requirements and serve as the technical liaison between Design and Manufacturing teams.
- Analyze and root-cause manufacturing yield issues and field escapes, driving corrective measures with Google and partner engineering teams.
- Lead product qualification to improve multi-source rate and support capacity expansion at new product introduction (NPI) phases before transfer to sustaining.
- Be a manufacturing product owner through NPI and into production. Drive, support, and manage product changes to improve product design or manufacturing performance.
