Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in program management.
- 8 years of experience designing, constructing, or managing infrastructure projects.
- Experience creating infrastructure designs (e.g., telecom, electrical, mechanical), drawing sets for builds, and remodels of data center networking spaces.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in data center construction, fit-out and services program.
- Experience managing data center infrastructure and fit out projects.
- Experience in project management, comfort with operating in a high-paced, changing work environment, and ability to prioritize multiple functions and tasks, manage time efficiently and navigate ambiguity.
- Knowledge of green field civil construction, construction permit and statutory requirements, and local industry standards.
- Working knowledge of finance as applied to project/program management.

Our Data Center Delivery and Engineering (DCDE) team is a collection of architectural design experts, mechanical engineers, electrical engineers, construction project managers, water/air specialist, data center services managers, and project controls managers who plan, design, and construct the most efficient data centers in the world.

Responsibilities
- Work with partners, customers and key stakeholders to develop and articulate plans and long term strategy. Initiate new programs in response to need and be the catalyst for winning support and driving them through the execution phase.
- Manage various programs of work, engage teams and engineers, set the pace for development, deployment and delivery of data center services and infrastructure. Develop and prepare project documentation, process maps, presentations and tracking reports to provide detailed current status of each project.
- Use technical judgment to drive project delivery, technology reviews, challenge proposals and build consensus.
- Analyze services performance and system performance data and translate into recommendations and actionable plans.
- Serve as an escalation point for our external partners and coordinate efforts with all of the internal stakeholders across the globe.
