CDO RevOps Analyst
We have an opportunity for a CDO RevOps Analyst to join our Renewals Sales team, in Trivandrum, Kerala, reporting to the Manager, Revenue Operations - Renewals. In this pivotal role, you will provide, you will formulate, organize, and monitor cross-departmental activities for improving our systems, processing, and reporting. Be a Contributor — What You’ll Do
- Oversee day-to-day Tableau business administration, such as reports, dashboards, and templates, etc. using Tableau Desktop/Server/Cloud
- Ad-hoc Reporting with the ability to Connect to data sources and perform data modeling, joins, blends, and transformations
- Utilize Salesforce reports and dashboards to help provide additional Renewals business visibility
- Manage stakeholder relationships and understand business priorities and strategic initiatives
- Support business activities with respect to data requirements, data flow, data analytics, and modelling
- Provide input to the IT Business Application Portfolio and systems integration roadmap.
- Proactively recommend business process improvements
- Partner with the supervisor of Retention in preparing financial forecasts (QBR).
- Prepare financial data and project trends
- Ensure end-to-end solution integrity through process and system integration with other teams, systems, solutions, and process areas
- Confirm that solutions support long-term company goals, while delivering maximum incremental short-term benefits
- Develop and maintain a detailed understanding of solutions in the customer success space and understand both upstream and downstream integration points
Be Prepared — What You Bring
- Exceptional knowledge in SFDC and Tableau reporting: calculated fields, filters, actions & performance tuning
- Exceptional knowledge in Microsoft Office tools, including advanced functions
- EDA knowledge and data cleaning with Python is a plus
- Ability to proactively solve problems, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and navigate competing priorities with a positive attitude
- Superb communication and presentation skills, and the ability to filter and convey relevant information to the appropriate audience
- Commitment to identifying and presenting innovative ideas to improve processes, tools, and performance
- Ability to develop strong, trusting partnerships in a collaborative environment
- Sound knowledge of renewals finance reporting
- Excellent knowledge of Infoblox products and features, refresh process
Be Successful — Your Path
First 90 Days:

Six Months:
- Understand the end-to-end Renewals business process.
- Be able to use all functions in SFDC to accurately forecast/prepare financial data
- Support updates and development of Tableau dashboards and reports
- Generate business reports and understand, analyse, and transform them into presentable data.
- Identify opportunities to improve systems and processes
One Year:
- Manage financial and install base data
- Prepare and present trends based on analysis
