Marketing Operations Analyst

We have an opportunity for a hybrid Marketing Operations Analyst based in Mexico City to join our Marketing team, reporting to the Director, Marketing Operations. In this pivotal role, you will be a part of the Platform Ops team to support our global demand generation, field marketing, and campaign operations teams. This is an exceptional opportunity to work with the best of the technical and thought leadership team at Infoblox. Be a Contributor — What You’ll Do

  • Own the end-to-end process for AI-driven lead import automation, leveraging intelligent data validation to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to established SLAs
  • Collaborate with campaign operations, demand generation, sales ops, and IT teams to ensure underlying data and systems are optimized for marketing execution
  • Ensure completeness and accuracy of incoming data, leveraging enrichment tools where appropriate
  • Maintain an in-depth understanding of lead flow processes, marketing automation systems, and integrations
  • Troubleshoot and resolve data-related and platform-related issues, including sync discrepancies, system errors, and integration failures
  • Leverage AI powered tools to import, cleanse, and manage lead data, applying AI detection for predictive data quality checks to maintain accuracy and integrity across systems
  • Execute and manage Marketo and platform administration tasks, including audits, configuration projects, and implementing platform enhancements
  • Design, maintain, and present dashboards and system health checks, highlighting data quality, integration reliability, and platform performance
  • Leverage AI-driven tools to improve data quality, detect anomalies, and streamline enrichment and operational workflows across Marketo, Salesforce, and associated systems
  • Implement and continuously improve operational processes that ensure data cleanliness, compliance (GDPR/CAN-SPAM), and enrichment
  • Enhance, support, and optimize Marketo processes, including lead lifecycle management, scoring models, and integrations with Salesforce and other platforms
  • Utilize AI powered tools (beyond Excel) and advanced data processing tools to standardize, analyze, and report on datasets
  • Document and refine operational workflows across Marketo and associated systems, ensuring efficiency and scalability
  • Support async collaboration by documenting progress, sharing updates clearly, and maintaining visibility into ongoing work

Be Prepared — What You Bring

  • 5-8 years of hands-on experience with Marketo, Excel, and Salesforce.com (or equivalent platforms)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, lookups, formulas, and data manipulation)
  • Hands-on experience with AI productivity tools (e.g., Glean, ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot,)
  • Deep understanding of operational processing in Marketo and related systems (e.g., Salesforce, enrichment tools, middleware), including troubleshooting and optimization
  • Excellent attention to detail with strong commitment to data accuracy and consistency
  • Analytical skills to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities in data to support decision-making
  • Proactive problem-solving skills, with the ability to propose and implement platform and process enhancements
  • Effective collaboration skills with marketing, sales, IT, and campaign operations teams; comfortable working asynchronously across distributed teams
  • Ability to work with minimal direction, prioritize effectively, and deliver high-quality work independently
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field

  • Be familiar with the Infoblox MarTech stack and system integrations
  • Demonstrate proficiency in the MOPS platforms and processes
  • Exemplify Infoblox core values in everything you do

One Year:

  • Independently execute both standard and custom program requests within the MOPS framework
  • Provide optimization recommendations based on working experience with people and systems
  • Be a key contributor to the success of Infoblox
