Senior HRIS Consultant
We have an opportunity for a Senior HRIS Consultant, based in Mexico City, to join our HRIS team, reporting to the Senior Manager, HR Operations. In this pivotal role, you will serve as a knowledgeable point of contact for our global HR systems, helping maintain system reliability, drive data quality, and enable a seamless employee and HR user experience across Oracle HCM and related integrations. Collaborating closely with HR, Payroll, IT, and regional stakeholders, you will support advanced system troubleshooting, data governance, and continuous improvement efforts that strengthen Infoblox’s HR operations and employee experience at scale.
Be a Contributor — What You’ll Do
- Serve as the primary responder for ServiceNow HRIS tickets across major Oracle HCM modules, ensuring accurate and timely support for HR and business stakeholders
- Troubleshoot complex system issues, identify root causes, and recommend sustainable solutions in partnership with HR, Payroll, and IT
- Guide HR teams and managers on Oracle HCM processes and self-service capabilities to promote effective and compliant system use
- Perform data audits, validate data quality, and uphold HR data governance standards across multiple modules and countries
- Execute and validate mass data uploads (e.g., HDL/HSDL/templates) to support bonuses, commissions, organization changes, and other key transactions
- Assist with payroll file processing and troubleshoot discrepancies in integration outputs between Oracle HCM and downstream systems
- Participate in testing cycles for quarterly Oracle HCM updates, enhancements, and break-fix activities, including test planning, execution, and issue validation
- Support recurring and ad-hoc HR reporting needs, using system data to identify trends and insights for stakeholders
- Maintain HRIS documentation, SOPs, and process maps, and support basic end-user training and knowledge-sharing efforts
- Contribute to workflow improvements, automation opportunities, and integration stability to enhance HR operational efficiency and employee experience
Be Prepared — What You Bring
- 8 plus years of experience as an HRIS Analyst or in a similar HR technology role, supporting enterprise HR systems
- Strong hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud across multiple modules, with functional knowledge in areas such as Core HR, Absence, Time & Labor, Benefits, Compensation, Talent, and/or Payroll integrations
- Experience with data auditing, testing, troubleshooting, and production support, with the ability to assess complex issues and propose effective solutions
- Proficiency in Excel (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and formula logic) to analyze HR data and support reporting and data validation needs
- Effective communication skills and experience collaborating with HR, IT, Payroll, and cross-functional business partners
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently with minimal direction, and deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with reporting and technical tools such as OTBI, BI Publisher, HDL/HSDL, HCM Extracts, or similar HRIS technologies
- Experience supporting global or multi-country HCM environments and navigating regional differences
- Experience contributing to system or process improvement initiatives within HR technology or HR operations
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience

- Independently manage a broad range of HRIS tickets and requests, consistently resolving issues within agreed SLAs
- Serve as a go-to partner for HR and Payroll on: Oracle HCM functionality, data quality, and payroll-related integrations
- Support quarterly update testing cycles
- Help refine SOPs and process documentation
One Year:
- Be recognized as a trusted HRIS SME and reliable point of contact across HR, Payroll, Finance, and IT
- Lead or co-lead key HR technology initiatives, including: workflow optimization, automation efforts, and data governance improvements
- Play a visible role in maintaining HR operational excellence
- Help advance the HR technology roadmap
