SENIOR DEAL DESK ANALYST
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Deal Desk Analyst to join our global Deal Desk organization based in Poland. This role will operate in a hybrid model from our Warsaw Center of Excellence and will serve as a trusted advisor to Sales leadership, cross-functional teams, and executive stakeholders. You will independently support assigned sales regions, provide strategic guidance, and drive scalable enhancements to Deal Desk processes.
Be a Contributor – What You´ll Do
- Strategic Partnering: Collaborate as a trusted advisor with Sales Leadership, Account Teams, and internal stakeholders to structure, review, and optimize customer proposals
- Regional Ownership: Lead Deal Desk support for assigned sales regions while ensuring consistent deal governance, pricing support, and timely execution
- Deal Structuring & Risk Management: Advise on deal structure options, assess and mitigate risks within contractual terms, and drive final approval recommendations
- Financial Modeling: Develop detailed Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) and pricing models to support strategic customer engagements
- Economic & Pricing Analysis: Evaluate the financial impact of pricing strategies, promotional changes, and investment scenarios
- SaaS Transition Analysis: Quantify customer and internal economic benefits of migrating from on‑premises solutions to SaaS offerings
- Cross‑Functional Coordination: Partner with Legal, Finance, Product, and other teams to support complex deal negotiations and approval workflows
- Process Improvement: Identify, propose, and implement improvements to Deal Desk processes, tools, and approval frameworks in collaboration with the broader team
- Project Leadership: Lead or support special projects and cross-functional initiatives that enhance operational excellence and deal velocity
Be Prepared — What You Bring
- 8 to 12 years of experience in deal structuring, pricing strategy, sales finance, or similar analytical roles
- Proven success influencing stakeholders at multiple organizational levels and driving outcomes without authority
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving background with the ability to navigate complex financial and commercial scenarios
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts in a clear, credible manner
- Demonstrated ability to assess variables, risks, and opportunities in deal cycles and provide strategic recommendations
- Comfortable working in dynamic environments with evolving business needs; able to think on your feet and manage ambiguity
- Bachelors degree
Be Successful — Your Path
First 90 Days:
- Ramp up on Infoblox products, pricing, deal policies, and core tools (CRM/CPQ, standard workflows)
- Begin supporting deal reviews and pricing for assigned regions with guidance from senior team members
- Build strong relationships with Sales, Legal, Finance, Product, and the global Deal Desk team
Six Months:
- Independently own Deal Desk support for your regions, including structuring deals and routing approvals
- Lead key financial and TCO analyses on strategic opportunities and clearly communicate recommendations to Sales leadership
- Spot recurring issues in deal cycles and propose data‑driven process or policy improvements
One Year:
- Be a go‑to Deal Desk partner for complex and high‑impact deals in your regions
- Lead cross‑functional initiatives that improve pricing strategy, approval frameworks, or tooling and increase deal velocity
- Mentor others and help standardize best practices across the global Deal Desk, with a strong presence from the Warsaw Center of Excellence
