We have an opportunity for a UX - Quality Assurance to join our User Experience Design team in Pune, India reporting to Chaitrali Dhole, Director of User Experience Design. In this pivotal role, you will play a critical role in advancing Infoblox’s UX quality initiatives by ensuring seamless, consistent, and user-centered product experiences. Collaborating closely with UX Design, UI Engineering & QA teams, you will work with a highly collaborative team that prioritizes innovation and professional growth while shaping the standards and practices that elevate UX quality across our global product portfolio.

Be a Contributor — What You’ll Do

• Own core product capabilities and drive them to deliver the highest quality product
• Develop and maintain test automation scripts and frameworks
• Develop test plans and automation by working closely with PMs on requirements and with developers to understand design
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, and support teams to understand customer inflows, participate in RCA on bug leakage, and work on corrective actions
• Set up best practices to make testing repeatable by extending the use of automation
• Develop and execute automated performance tests
• Set up and configure automation as part of the CI-CD pipeline

Be Prepared — What You Bring

• 6 plus years of hands-on experience in QA and at least 4–5 years of experience in automation
• Experience with Selenium WebDriver using Java/Python and Selenium Grid
• Strong experience with test automation frameworks (data-driven/keyword-driven) and tools (Eclipse, JMeter, Cucumber)
• Experience in web application testing along with REST APIs
• Good understanding of database concepts and ability to write SQL queries
• Understanding of CI-CD pipelines: Docker, Kubernetes
• Experience with test and defect management tools
• Strong communication skills to effectively work with global teams

• Build relationships with cross-functional stakeholders and map existing QX processes
• Benchmark UX quality through initial heuristic evaluations and define short- and long-term goals with your manager

Six Months

• Establish and formalize a QX strategy aligned with product and UX goals
• Lead regular QX reviews across major product lines, ensuring consistency with brand and accessibility standards
• Drive cross-functional alignment by embedding QX benchmarks into product squads

One Year

• Demonstrate measurable impact by improving UX quality scores, usability outcomes, and customer satisfaction metrics
• Scale the QX framework across all product lines for efficiency and sustainability
• Build recognition as a trusted UX quality leader, showcasing success stories that reduced friction and increased adoption
