In this pivotal role, you will guide cross-functional Agile teams to plan and deliver technical initiatives that improve our products and customer experiences. Collaborating closely with Product Management, Engineering, Architecture, IT, and other partner teams, you will drive predictable delivery, use data to inform decisions, and foster continuous improvement in how we plan and execute work.

  • Guide cross-functional Agile teams to deliver product features and enhancements on time and with high quality
  • Define scope, objectives, and success measures in partnership with Product Management, Engineering, and other stakeholders
  • Create delivery plans that include timelines, milestones, and dependencies for your teams and keep them current as priorities evolve
  • Manage risks, issues, and impediments by identifying them early, driving mitigation plans, and escalating when needed
  • Coordinate Agile ceremonies such as planning, backlog refinement, standups, demos, and reviews to keep teams aligned and focused on outcomes
  • Monitor progress using meaningful delivery metrics and communicate status, risks, and trade‑offs clearly to stakeholders and leadership
  • Contribute to dashboards and scorecards that connect team performance to customer and business outcomes
  • Partner with technical leads, QA, and release engineering to ensure effective testing, validation, and smooth releases
  • Support continuous improvement by capturing lessons learned, proposing process and tooling enhancements, and helping teams adopt them
  • Collaborate with adjacent Engineering teams and partner functions (Product Management, Architecture, IT, etc.) to coordinate dependencies and maintain alignment

Be Prepared — What You Bring

  • 2 or more years of program or technical project management experience in software or cloud-based product development, or equivalent work experience
  • Expertise in Agile delivery, including planning and executing team or multi-team projects, managing risks and dependencies, and using metrics to guide decisions
  • Proficiency with project and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, Trello, and analytics or BI tools for building dashboards and reports
  • Ability to influence outcomes, manage competing priorities, and build strong, trust-based relationships across engineering and business teams
  • Track record of implementing productivity enhancements through the use of AI
  • Adept at managing multiple team members with varying views and strong personalities
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in computer science, computer engineering, electrical/electronics/communication engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience
  • Skilled communicator able to reduce complex topics to clear language and compelling visualizations
  • Agile certifications (e.g., Scrum Master, Product Owner, Agile Coach) or a demonstrated commitment to ongoing learning in Agile methodologies

Be Successful — Your Path

Six Months: You own day-to-day delivery for one or more products or feature areas, providing clear visibility into predictability, flow, quality, and other key indicators for your teams. You have established strong working relationships across Engineering, Product Management, Architecture, IT, and peer TPMs, and you are a reliable voice in planning and review forums. Your delivery metrics and dashboards are regularly referenced to steer prioritization, manage risks, and make informed trade-offs.

One Year: You are recognized as a key TPM for your product area, consistently delivering predictable outcomes and helping teams improve how they plan and execute work.
