Job description
Infosys is seeking a .net Core Developer
As a .Net Core Developer, you will be primarily responsible for developing .Net APIs in the scrum team. You will be responsible for deliverables in the scrum team and will be also contributing in building the reusable components on .Net Core technologies. You will be working closely with the architect in reviews and technical issue resolution and along with the scrum master to ensure timely deliverables of assigned work, APIs, etc.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
- At least 2 years' of relevant Information Technology experience
- Location for this position is Fort Mills,SC. This position may require travel to project/client location.
Preferred Qualification :
- Experience in building microservices using .Net Core, Relational and/or NoSQL databases
- Experience in working in Cloud technologies like AWS and knowledge in K8s/dockers
- Knowledge in In-memory computing and RESTful API design and implementation
- Knowledge in Messaging systems like Kafka, EMS is a plus
- Hands-on design, development, deployment, and maintenance of integration between on premise\\cloud system and other 3rd party applications using .Net Core
- Experience in use of source code management system Git, bit bucket and build tools like ant, maven, Jenkins and code review tools like Sonar
- Active participation in Project Design, Build, Testing and Deployment phases of the project life cycle.
- Taking technical specifications prepared by the functional analyst and designing system components to meet the set requirements
- Experience in Object Oriented Programming
- Knowledge in managing application deployment on cloud environment including Docker containers
- Detailed design documentation including charts and diagrams that indicate the various components involved
- Working closely with other developers
- Demonstrated experience in Agile development methodology
- Very good communication & articulation skills
