Your role
As an Associate Consultant, you are supporting the consulting team in different phases of the project including problem definition, effort estimation, design, deployment and participate in unit-level and organizational initiatives WITH the objective of providing high quality and value-adding consulting solutions to customers within the guidelines, policies and norms of Infosys
Required
• 5+ years of Information Technology experience
• At least 4+ years of experience in Mainframes including JCL, COBOL, CICS, Ansible.
• Experience of troubleshooting issues by analyzing Application logs
• Batch Job Management
• System Administration knowledge
• Experience of managing and leading team
• Knowledge and Experience of implementing automations resulting in effort savings
• Knowledge of ITIL.
• Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment
• Experience and desire to work in a Global Delivery Environment
• Experience with OpenShift, Kubernetes, Splunk, AppDynamics
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with production support
• Planning and Co-ordination skills
• Good Communication and Analytical skills
Mandatory skills:
• Mainframe support knowledge
• ITIL
Work Location: Zürich ,Switzerland
Working Mode: WFO – All 5 days a week
