Job description

Infosys is seeking a Senior UI Path Consultant. As a Senior UI Path Consultant, you will be primarily responsible for design of end-to-end RPA solutions that align with business requirements and objectives, encompassing a thorough understanding of current processes, identification of automation opportunities, selection of appropriate RPA tools and technologies, and architecture design to integrate RPA with existing systems. You will be responsible to Identify, analyze, understand the business process and document in detail to design the robust automation for business technologies. You would be required to support the Application Manager Business for RPA with driving digitization and automation for client, optimizing processes and enhancing overall efficiency. You would be leading a team of RPA developers by assigning tasks, monitoring team performance, providing constructive feedback and fostering collaboration and innovation. You would be responsible for code reviews according to standards for optimized code, creation of accurate releases and deploy processes and creation of process documentation to outline value delivered. You would be working with the objective of providing high-quality and value-adding solutions to customers within the guidelines, policies, and norms of Infosys. Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
  • At least 4 years of relevant Information Technology experience
  • Location for this position is Austin, TX. This position may require travel to project/client location.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • At least 2 years of experience in UI Path design and RPA project lifecycle.
  • Expertise in UIPath design Concepts and methodology with focus on deliverables. Must have experience of leading a team and be a team player.
  • Experience in Overseeing the RPA project lifecycle, develop plans and estimate efforts, and ensure alignment with business objectives and schedules.
  • Experience in Development, set up, test, and monitoring of automated workflows to ensure that business processes operate at optimal efficiency without risk of error.
  • Experience in Assisting the maintenance team with monitoring and maintenance of automation after implementation and resolve any issues to ensure smooth running of the business.
  • Expertise in creation of documentation (WBS, PDD, SSD) of current and future automations.
  • Experience in Project Design, Build, Testing and Deployment phases of the project life cycle, creation and documentation of test scenarios supporting agile development of RPA solutions.
  • Experience in Monitoring running process automations against their success metrics, communicate to the stakeholders and propose improvements.
  • Experience in REST SOAP XML JSON, Flat Files (CSV, Fixed-Width).
  • Experience in integration of RPA solutions with existing IT infrastructure, applications, and databases, by designing APIs, data interfaces, and connectivity solutions to facilitate smooth data exchange between systems.
  • Experience in managing relationships with clients at the senior technical management level.
  • Experience in object-oriented programming languages such as Java and C++.
  • Experience in XML, XML parsers, and XSL.

The job may entail extensive travel. The job may also entail sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Candidates should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face.
