Job description

Infosys is seeking Lead Full stack Developer with Python and React Experience . In the role you will interface with key stakeholders and apply your technical proficiency across different stages of the Software Development Life Cycle including Requirements Elicitation, Application Architecture definition and Design. You will play an important role in creating the high level design artifacts. You will also deliver high quality code deliverables for a module, lead validation for all types of testing and support activities related to implementation, transition and warranty. This position is based out of Bethpage, NY. Candidate can work from anywhere in USA and or Remote during EST time zone. This position may require travel to project locations.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
  • At least 4 years of Information Technology experience.
  • Experience in Python Development.
  • Experience in React Development.
  • Experience leading and mentoring Development teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • At least 8 years of experience in Python and React
  • At least 8 years of experience in Software Development.
  • Good understanding of Agile Development methodologies
  • Good Mentoring skills to mentor and guide developers
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Strong diligence and a passion for quality software development.
  • Good communication and eagerness to work on different technologies.
  • Exposure to QA automation tools like Cypress is a plus
  • Good Analytical Abilities.
  • Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment
  • Experience in Telecom domain
  • Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment

Estimated annual compensation range for candidate based in the below locations will be:
In CA / NY / CO : 73000 to 102,200
In Washington, DC : 66,100 to 100,200

The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
