Job description
Infosys is seeking a Principal Business Analyst. SDC is the strategic consulting practice of Infosys Engineering Services – we are strategists, engineers, designers, architects, orchestrators who apply breakthrough thinking and technology to solve our clients’ Engineering greatest needs. Our end-to-end capabilities take clients from problem finding to value measurement. We spearhead transformations by tapping into Engineering Services innovation labs and core capabilities, helping our clients design, build and run businesses at speed and scale.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education
- At least 11 years of increasing responsibility and track record of success in a consultative or industry relevant role in Engineering or Manufacturing transformation strategy and execution
- Ability to listen, probe, discuss, and understand client problems
- Bring industry experience, knowledge, and insight to build strategies and solutions for clients
- Be a champion of end consumer and practice design thinking with consumer centricity
- Enable Value Realization for clients, and understand concepts of EBIDTA enhancement, Opex and Cost Savings, Capex and Depreciation, ROI, Lifetime Value etc.
- Exhibit and apply sharp understanding of digital transformation and technology applications to solve business problems
- Especially, use the portfolio of services offered by Engineering Services of Infosys, which are relevant for RCL industries
- Gain understanding of client organization, sponsors, influencers, decision makers, and users of digital initiatives
- Keep abreast of Industry trends and innovations in business and technology applications
- Aptitude for Business Development and Client Relationship building
- Partner with sales organization to have client meetings and discussions
- Partner with and be part of delivery teams to execute projects successfully
- Gain, harness, and utilize Infosys-internal knowledge and capabilities to win clients and accelerate solutions
- Participate in RFQ / RFP responses
- Expected to be part of delivery team(s) for at least 1 project for a 60%-time utilization as per company policy
- Learn and use Infosys methodologies of Project and Program management
