Your role
In the role of a Lead Consultant, you will anchor the engagement effort for assignments, all the way from business process consulting and problem definition to solution design, development and deployment. You will be pivotal to problem definition and discovery of the overall solution and guide teams on project processes, deliverables. As a thought leader in your domain, you will be the key advisor to architecture and design reviews. You will anchor business pursuit initiatives, client training, in-house capability building. You will have the opportunity to shape value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.
Required
• Expertise in Core Java, Concurrency, Functional Programming and Object-Oriented Analysis and Design
• Expertise in building Microservices using 12 Factor Cloud Native Microservices Architecture
• Solid hands-on on implementing MVC based frameworks like Spring, Struts and GWT
• Should be an experienced user of Agile/Scrum methods.
• Good understanding of message-driven and event-driven service architectures with pragmatic experience in Kafka, RabbitMQ, IBM MQ, JMS.
• Solid understanding and hands on in Typescript/JavaScript
• Continuously discover, evaluate and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency.
Preferred
• At least 15+ years of experience in Java/J2EE based highly distributed systems
• Minimum 6+ years of experience with 6+ yrs. of commercial experience using Spring framework.
• Good understanding of OWASP based security standards
• understanding of Data Modeling and CAP Theorem
• Good understanding in use Docker, Kubernetes and Helm charts.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal). Should be fluent in English
• Strong understanding of common software development and maintenance practices
• Good Analytical and Problem-solving skills.
• Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment
• Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills
