Short Description:
In the role of an web React developer, you will be expected to develop roadmap, devise strategies and lead architecture decisions for our clients. This role will interface with client and will involve design, development and maintenance.

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Develop, configure, and customize Spark NZ React Web App and google analytic applications to meet business needs.
- As an Web Architect you will be responsible for working collaboratively with technical SMEs to develop high level design and input into existing setup by identifying customer and operational needs.
- Provide architecture and technology infrastructure strategy based on new technologies available in the market. Assess suitability to the customer environment and provide recommendations.
- Design/Upgrades/control/configure existing Network, Security, Hosting, Cloud and Applications systems by monitoring the environment; identifying gaps; evaluating and implementing enhancements, policy and procedures; solving highly complex issues
- Develop strategy to migrate legacy to next generation technology solutions
- Carry out implementation of projects assigned, using established process and best practice principles.
- Preparing HLD/LLD (High level and low-level diagrams)
Essential:
- Years of experience: 7+
- Strong hold on React framework and proven record of web application architecture finalization using React framework in recent engagement
- Strong personal interest in full stack development architectural solutions and adoption of new technology.
- Experience/knowledge with Java, Spring framework
- Experience with API integrations (REST, SOAP). Experience building RESTful web services.
- CSS frameworks such as SASS, LESS, Bootstrap and Material design
- Knowledge of AWS based technologies like S3, Lambda, API Gateway, EC2, SQS, SNS, ELB, EBS etc with AWS
- Ability to influence, persuade and mobilize internal/external resources to fulfill customer requirements
Preferred:
- Experience in developing architecture policies, standards and capabilities
- Customers handling and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively with designers, architects, sales staff, field technicians and external customers.
- Well organized and able to do multi-tasking, problem solving, troubleshooting techniques and strategic thinking.
- Analytical skills to interpret IT user requests and understand end user requirements.
- Capability to work with people in different time zones
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced, evolving environment and appropriately prioritize tasks, and keep abreast of the latest technology.
- Demonstrated ability to build strong & effective customer relationships.
- Solid knowledge of the IT Service Management framework, practices, and process experience in Information Technology.
- Service Delivery tasks like, reporting, customer relationship, SLA management etc.
Additional Skills:
- Excellent customer interfacing skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and outstanding analytical and Problem-solving skills.
