Job description
Location: Mexico City or Monterrey, Hybrid work at least 3 days at Infosys offices.
Responsibilities:
The IT Business Analyst is responsible for leading the development and implementation of technical solutions that enhance customer engagement and loyalty platform. This role offers the opportunity to work on innovative projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive impactful results.
The IT Business Analyst bring the voice of the customer, working closely with squads to maximize value across the portfolio in the Agile execution model. Deep into the tech stack, the integration patterns, the organizational capabilities, and the company-wide assets that can be leveraged to provide technical solutions to customer problems. Partner with the delivery team, the engineering team and product managers to contribute to the strategies, roadmap planning, design choices, and backlog creation necessary to deliver high-profile new features and capabilities.
Qualifications:
• Demonstrated ability to operate with independence and autonomy
• Experience in product management, with a focus on technical products and solutions
• Experience defining and building cloud-native software products as a platform at scale with a good understanding of those platforms' capabilities and underlying technologies
• Familiarity with SQL, strong ability to query and analyze logs, coupled with hands-on experience developing against APIs and a solid engineering background
• Proven experience as an end-user of developer-focused solutions, enabling effective translation of technical requirements into business objectives and fostering collaboration across teams
• Demonstrated experience breaking down problems, organizing work, planning sprints, and operating in agile delivery models (Scrum, Kanban, etc.)
• Diving deep to understand the needs of all stakeholders, converting those needs into a backlog, and making tradeoffs so that the squads are focused on delivering the best possible value
• Proven track record of data-driven decision-making and applying continuous improvement methodologies across teams
• Can debate the delivery strategy with business teams, architects, engineers, and designers
• Can communicate to executives, peers, and staff with impact, eloquence, and authenticity
• Demonstrated experience building relationships, partnering with, and influencing dependent teams while earning the respect of individuals across the organization.
