Your role
As a Consultant/Senior Consultant, you are an expert at contributing to different phases of the consulting lifecycle. You will be intensely involved in; you will define the problem, propose and refine the solution. You will also play an important role in the development, configuration and deployment of the overall solution. You will guide teams on project processes, deliverables and contribute to the proposal development, client training and internal capability-building and help detail the project scope. You will have the opportunity to shape value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.
Skills and Experience (ideal)
• Several years of proven practical experience in IT Business and Functional Analysis (preferably in the Fintech Domain)
• Strong understanding and experience in the design of multilayered applications and integration points
• Good knowledge and understanding of data integration patterns and formats
• Minimum 8 years of experience in writing detailed business and functional requirements documentations and in producing structured technical documentation (Use-cases, Interaction Diagrams, Data Flow Diagrams)
• Experience with testing tools - Swagger / Postman
• Experience in mobile applications design and development
• Experience with Agile Project Management including grooming sessions, iterative planning and delivery, estimation techniques
• Proficiency in verbal and written communication, ability to explain ideas in simple and friendly manner
• Mathematical, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Fluent in English - both written and verbal
Daily activities and responsibilities
• Analyze and document business processes and requirements, translate business needs into initial technical documentation
• Address client inquiries and participate in troubleshooting sessions for application related issues
• Demonstrate a strong understanding of the business domain
• Act as a SME on specific product components with good understanding of the business use-case, challenges and system configurations
• Support the development team and assess the integration solutions
• Collaborate in a team environment with developers, solution architects, product managers, testers and designers in producing the desired outcomes
• Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
