Automation Anywhere Developer
Senior Associate Consultant

Remote anywhere within the US

Job description:


In the role of an Automation Anywhere Developer, you will help manage RPA and Cognitive Automation Projects. They will participate in requirements gathering sessions and work with team members to identify requirements such as “AS IS” Process and automation opportunities. The candidate will apply knowledge of technologies, applications, methodologies, processes, and tools to manage end-to-end automation projects.


Responsibilities:

  • Implement Design, Development, Validation, and Support activities in line with architecture requirements.
  • Participate in Knowledge Management activities to ensure the highest levels of service offerings to clients in their technology domain within the guidelines, policies, and norms of Infosys.
  • Requirements Gathering – Understand the requirements (both functional and non-functional) by going through the specifications and with inputs from the Business Analyst. To participate efficiently in the Design, Development and Testing Phases of the project.
  • Design – Do Impact Analysis, create Design Specifications as per the high-level design.
  • Architecture – Understand application architecture documents and seek inputs from the architecture/design team to understand the overall architecture.
  • Development – Develop and review artifacts (Code, Documentation, Unit test scripts) conduct reviews for self and peers conduct unit tests and document unit test results to build the application and make it ready for validation / delivery.
  • Implementation – Work on “Go Live” activities as per the Implementation plan to enable product ionization of application without any issues.
  • Apart from this Development, Testing, Production Support, Maintenance and Knowledge Management are also part of the role & responsibilities.
Qualifications:
Basic:
  • Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
  • 2 years of relevant work experience with Automation Anywhere

Preferred:
  • Working or hands on experience in Automation Anywhere RPA implementation
  • Automation Anywhere Advanced Professional certification or Automation Anywhere Master certification
  • Should have handled at least 2 full cycle projects, starting from requirements analysis to production deployment and ongoing support
  • Prior project / module implementation experience is a must
  • Should have strong troubleshooting skills with focus on application performance optimization
  • Should be able to coordinate and execute all day-to-day project activities and report on end-to-end project status to management
  • Should have good communication skills (both verbal and written).
  • Work with APM / PM in project planning and ensure smooth and timely execution

The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email, or face to face.
Work Model:
This role is a remote work from home Anywhere within the US. This role will require occasional domestic travel to be client facing.
