Job description

Analista técnico en Redes e Infraestructura | Technology Analyst Network Infrastructure Support
Location: Saltillo, Coahuila
Daily attendance at client location in Saltillo.
Not open for Remote.
2 schedules to cover:
Monday to Friday 6am to 2pm and 2pm to 10pm (rotation)
Sat 6am to 2 pm (twice per month)


As a Technology Analyst in Network Infrastructure support, you will be responsible for supporting onsite the enterprise network infrastructure. You will work with a team of engineers to deliver high-quality, scalable, and maintainable support service solutions
Mandatory:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in Network Infrastructure
  • Strong proficiency in Network Infrastructure troubleshooting
  • Experience troubleshooting issues in LAN/WLAN environments
  • Experience with Monitoring and ITSM tools
  • Experience performing IMACD
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Nice to Have:
  • Experience with Service Now or any other ITSM tool
  • Understanding of Cisco DNA
  • A proactive and results-oriented mindset
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • A strong work ethic
  • Strong network infrastructure troubleshooting skills

Key Responsibilities:
  • Onsite contact for resolving critical technical issues during crisis situations
  • Coordinate with remote technical team and users for any service request, incidents, technical requirements
  • Physical installation and initial setup of network and security equipment,
  • Escort third party suppliers inside customer’s location and coordinate support tasks
  • Implement preventive and corrective measures for Infrastructure incidents.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely delivery of projects
  • Engaging problem management process for root cause determination & permanent corrective action.
