担当する職務
顧客企業と社内主要関係者の仲介役が主な役割になります。要件の聞き取り、解決策の提案、データのアーキテクチャや設計など、データプロジェクトの様々な段階において技術の知見を活かしていただけます。高度なデータアーキテクチャ、設計アーチファクトを策定する、データ管理標準やガバナンスのアウトラインを定める、開発プロセスを評価するという重要な役割を担い、チームワークやコラボレーションを推進するという学習文化の一端を担います。優秀な人が報われ、多様性が尊重され大切にされます。
主な責務
- 顧客企業に尽くし、データ解析およびAIにおいて思想的リーダーシップを発揮。
- 機能要件および非機能要件の両方を理解して、総合的なデータ管理システムアーキテクチャを定義
- ビジネスシナリオに沿ったデータ/AIアーキテクチャ/ソリューションを示し魅力的なビジネス価値を顧客企業に提示
- 社内のステークホルダーと協同し、データ管理/AI標準、ガイドライン、統治原理、お客様の要件に沿ったポリシーの概要を策定
- データの出発点から消費点まで、データの流れを設計し、データの統合管理技術の概要を定める
- データ参照アーキテクチャおよびフレームワークを策定
- AI/ML/DL、LLMおよび ChatGPTのスキル
必要な資格
- 学士、または認定機関で求められる学士相当の資格。大学での１年間の代替として専門分野での経験が連続して３年間も考慮いたします。
- 情報技術分野での経験が12年以上。
- 日本国籍保持者および日本での就労資格保持者のご応募をお待ちしています。今回は就労ビザのスポンサーは行いません。
好ましい要件
- データ/AIアーキテクチャ/ソリューション/設計スキル、データ管理/データがバンスおよびデータサイエンスの経験が8年以上
- データ解析/AIドメインでの経験が5年以上
- LLM、基盤モデルおよびChartGPTのスキルがあると望ましい。
- 話す・書くのコミュニケーションスキルが高い
- ソフトウェア開発ライフサイクルの経験
- 多様な複数の関係者がいる環境でチームとして働くことができる能力
長時間、コンピュータの前に向かい作業することが求められます。電話、メール、対面でコミュニケーションできること。ジョブ要件によっては出張が必要な場合があります。
