Short Description:
IT Project Manager with Agile experience.
Skills /Competencies:
Essential:
Experience in Stakeholder management, requirement gathering, and project execution, with working various parties in different locations, including Taiwan, HK, and India.
Effective negotiating, time-management and written & spoken communication skills in English and Mandarin with ability to present ideas in a professional manner.
Able to write and review English and Traditional Chinese from legal document.
Experience in Agile and/or waterfall project management.
Experience in using JIRA and Confluence.
Basic / fundamental technical skill and experience in managing projects using Java, MS SQL, Kubernetes/Docker, React.JS and web programming
Completed 2 end to end of IT project delivery from requirements, scope, design testing, golive to support.
Worked in Finance or Insurance with 3 years of experience.
Preferred
GraphTalk system confirmation and implementation
Good project management experience and communication skills are paramount
Additional Skills:
Excellent customer interfacing skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and outstanding analytical and Problem-solving skills.
