Job description
Infosys is seeking a Capital Markets Business Analyst. As a consultant, you will be a key player in the consulting team that helps discover and define the problem statement, evaluates the solution options and makes recommendations. You will create detailed design, architecture and process artifacts and implement the deployment plan. You will also support knowledge transfer with the objective of providing value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.
Location for this position is Boston, MA. Candidate must be located within commuting distance or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel to project locations.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
- At least 4 years of experience with Information Technology.
- Experience in capital markets with Reduce Bespoke Reporting / Regulatory reporting.
Preferred Qualifications:
- At least 4-6 years of experience in Capital Market, Trading, Compliance.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in Agile methodology and use of JIRA tool for capturing requirements.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
- Create and maintain project documentation, including project charter, scope, and requirements documentation.
- Facilitate project team meetings and communication, including preparing meeting agendas and minutes.
- Coordinate project activities and resources, ensuring that they are assigned and used efficiently.
- Identify and manage project risks and issues, and escalate to senior management where necessary.
- Assist senior project managers in developing project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Analytical and Communication skills.

- Experience with project management.
- Experience and desire to work in a management consulting environment that requires regular travel.
The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
