Infosys is seeking a Senior Mulesoft Developer

In the assigned job role of Technology Consultant 2, you will be responsible to design, develop while being involved in production support of RESTful APIs in MuleSoft v4.x. In addition, you will be required to perform Mulesoft platform admin activities like incident resolution, handling service requests, problem management, issue resolution, trouble shooting, root cause analysis and bug fixing

Basic Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated capability in the following areas:
  • MuleSoft Anypoint API Platform and/or RTF environment
  • Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education
  • Contribute to the requirements elicitation process by documenting assigned parts of business requirements, in line with guidance provided
  • Facilitate software application design discussions, and document design decisions to guide the technical team towards building software solutions
  • Conduct code reviews, make changes to the codebase and maintain code repositories
  • Develop user training programs, documentation, and support frameworks to ensure a smooth transition to new software applications
  • Predict the project's time and effort, cost, and scope, and identify gaps and issues
  • Ability to plan and prioritize team workloads by accurately estimating resources and timelines, proactively identify risks, monitor execution against key metrics, and adapt swiftly to contingencies to ensure optimal delivery

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Capability in production support of RESTful APIs in MuleSoft v4.x and platform support
  • Participate in coding and integrate new features or updates into existing applications, with a focus on maintaining system stability
  • Implement test strategies, analyze results, and coordinate bug fixes to uphold the software quality standards
  • Actively participate in resolving production issues and recommend preventive strategies to enhance system reliability
  • Maintain detailed records of code, testing techniques, and support activities to enrich the knowledge base and assist other similar projects
  • Steer project through its lifecycle and create comprehensive documents
  • Ability to design architecture and provide solutions
  • Conflict resolution

The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. You should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
