Job description

Infosys is seeking a Data Analyst in financial services domain. As a Data Analyst, you will support the Consent Order Reporting Remediation Lead Business Analyst in managing regulatory metrics, enhancing tooling, and ensuring data quality. You will collaborate with stakeholders across business and technology teams to ensure compliance with regulatory commitments and improve reporting processes.

Location for this position is Irving, TX or Tampa, FL or Jersey City, NJ. Candidate must be located within commuting distance or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel to project locations.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
  • At least 2 years of experience in Information Technology.
  • Experience in data analysis, preferably in financial services or compliance.
  • Basic understanding of regulatory frameworks and risk management concepts.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • At least 2 to 4 years of experience in data analysis, preferably in financial services or compliance.
  • Exposure to regulatory reporting or compliance processes.
  • Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Familiarity with data governance and quality assurance practices.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams in a global delivery model.
  • Conduct monthly data quality and completeness reviews
  • Analyze trends and identify gaps in reporting data.
  • Support remediation efforts and ensure timely resolution of data issues.
  • Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment.


Estimated annual compensation range for candidate based on Jersey City, NJ will be
Min - 66,354 to Max -94,502
