Job description
Infosys Public Services is seeking a Senior Cloud Technology Architect to join our team.
Position Description (scope of work or brief narrative):
- The Technology Architect for the position is responsible for providing robust and resilient solutions design and leading the development of critical projects within our organization.
- The Architect for the position should have strong knowledge of design principles and extensive experience with providing the solution design and architectures for Customer requirements in a Cloud Native environment.
- The Position required the candidate to have strong experience with AWS and GCP Cloud services.
- The Position required the candidate to know the configuration and maintenance of multiple services independently.
- Along with providing the design and architecture on the cloud, the position requires candidates to have a good hold on Python & Node languages and the React framework.
- Also, should have experience in designing resilient solutions using AWS services, and have in-depth exposure to services like EC2, S3, IAM, Serverless programming, Cloudfront, CloudFormation.
Required years of experience, training, technical skills, and other requirements for job performance:
- Minimum 5 years of Experience in Design and solutions of Secure architecture on AWS cloud.
- Have in-depth knowledge of CloudFormation and AWS CDK.
- In-depth knowledge of AWS Lambdas and configuration of concurrency.
- Experience in designing secure Web application architecture.
- Experience in React JS.
- Should have in-depth experience with Python, Node, and the utilization of the same on AWS Lambdas.
- Should be able to securely design the GraphQL APIs.
- Preferred experience with the ETL Technology.
- Should be able to think out of the box for achieving the intended requirement on SQLs
- Good Experience with RDS and SQL stored procedures and functions.
- Should be able to think through the design using the DB streams, SQS, and Event Services.
Educational Requirements:
- A bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent is required from an accredited institution. Will consider three years of progressive, relevant work experience instead of every year of education. Candidates who have completed a Master's degree program are strongly preferred.
The job entails sitting and working at a computer for extended periods. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email, or face-to-face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
