Job description
Job Title: Azure Cloud Engineer
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Azure Cloud Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cloud infrastructure, automation, and DevOps practices, with a focus on Microsoft Azure. This role requires hands-on experience in designing, deploying, and managing cloud solutions using modern tools and methodologies.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Mandatory Technologies and Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of experience working with Azure Cloud services.
- Proficiency in Kubernetes (AKS) and container orchestration.
- Experience with Azure DevOps Pipelines and GitHub Actions.
- Strong scripting skills in PowerShell or Python.
- Hands-on experience with ARM Templates for infrastructure as code.
- Solid understanding of source control management using Git.
- Familiarity with CI/CD processes and tools.
- Experience working in Agile environments.
Additional Skills That Will Be Considered a Plus:
- Experience with Ansible Tower and Terraform for configuration management and infrastructure provisioning.
- Certifications such as AZ-104, AZ-400, CKA, or CKAD are highly preferred.
- Knowledge of Azure SQL, Databricks, or other Azure services is a bonus.
