Job description

Infosys is seeking a Principal Consultant-Dassault Systems. As a Principal Consultant, specializing in Dassault Systems and its related technologies, you will collaborate with key stakeholders to drive technical excellence across all stages of Software Application and maintenance support, including Incident analysis, Root cause Analysis, Solution Design, Reporting and Enhancements. You need to collaborate with cross-functional teams including business users, developers, and infrastructure teams to resolve issues and implement improvements. Beyond technical execution, you will foster a culture of learning and collaboration, where best practices, innovation, and diversity are valued. Your role will be pivotal in enhancing team productivity, driving agile transformations, and optimizing the Dassault Systems applications to meet business objectives effectively.

Required Qualifications:
Candidate can be located anywhere in the US. This position will require travel to project locations.
Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
Over all 11 years of IT experience
Strong working experience / understanding of Dassault Systems applications such as Cameo Collaborator, SolidWorks PDM and Teamwork Cloud.
Applied understanding and working knowledge of Dassault Systems: Cameo EA, Dassault Systems: Cameo Systems Modeler, Dassault Systems: Catia, Dassault Systems: CST Studio Suite , Dassault Systems: Dassault Composer, Dassault Systems: Dassault Draftsight, Dassault Systems: ISIGHT, Dassault Systems: Magic Draw, Dassault Systems: MB PLE plugin, Dassault Systems: Solidwork, Dassault Systems: SolidWorks Visualize, Dassault Systems: Spark 3D
Strong ability to collaborate in a diverse/multi-stakeholder environment, ensuring to work with other teams and with clients to meet the SLAs and resolution of incidents.
Strong analytical skills and need to support license management. Oversee the allocation, distribution and renewal of licenses. Ensure compliance with licensing agreements and policies.
Good understanding of PLM business processes and data management.
Working experience in AMS processes, ITIL frameworks, and SLA-driven environments.
You need to support license optimization by analyzing license usage patterns and implementing strategies to optimize license utilization and reduce costs.
Working experience in the software development life cycle, including Agile methodologies and DevOps best practices
Candidates must be willing to work in rotational shifts, as the role involves 24/7 support coverage.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience and enthusiasm for working in a global delivery environment, managing enterprise-wide Dassault Systems applications deployments and governance
Stakeholder Engagement: Skilled in coordinating with cross-functional teams, managing dependencies, and ensuring alignment with business objectives
Risk & Compliance Management: Ability to assess project risks, implement mitigation strategies, and ensure adherence to regulatory standards.
The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.

Estimated annual compensation range for this role will be as follows:
In CA/ WA/NY/CO/MD/IL/MN/NJ: $114,000 to $167,000
In Washington, DC: $106,000 to $147,500
