Job description
Infosys is seeking a creative and technically proficient Blockchain Product Designer to lead the design of intuitive, user-centered end-to-end Web3 experiences across decentralized applications (dApps), wallets, and blockchain platforms. You will play a key role in shaping the future of Web3 by translating complex crypto concepts into elegant and accessible interfaces.
Required Qualifications:
Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Dallas, TX or Tampa, FL be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel to project locations.
Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
Overall 7+ years of experience in product designing.
Own the end-to-end product design process, including user research, wireframing, prototyping, UX strategy, and UI design for decentralized applications (dApps).
Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and blockchain architects to define and shape the user experience across Web3 platforms.
Translate complex blockchain concepts (e.g., wallets, smart contracts, tokens) into intuitive and accessible user interfaces.
Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions and improve product adoption.
Create design systems and reusable components that align with brand guidelines and support scalability across multiple dApps.
Contribute to strategic product decisions, ensuring alignment between user needs, business goals, and blockchain capabilities.
Design for cross-platform compatibility, including web, mobile, and browser extensions, with a focus on performance and responsiveness.
Work closely with developers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation of designs and smooth handoff using tools like Figma, Zeplin, or Adobe XD.
Stay updated on Web3 design trends, accessibility standards, and emerging technologies to continuously evolve the product experience.
Advocate for user-centric design in blockchain environments, balancing security, transparency, and usability.

Preferred Qualifications:
Familiarity with blockchain technologies, DeFi, NFTs, or dApps.
Ability to work in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with multiple stakeholders.
Strong understanding of financial services workflows, including Collateral Management and Corporate Action.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
The job may also entail sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Candidates should be able to effectively communicate by telephone, email, and face to face.
