Job description

Infosys is seeking a skilled UX Tech architect to support and enhance enterprise web applications. As part of a strategic engagement with a leading aerospace customer, this role involves working on front-end and back-end components, resolving production issues, implementing enhancements, and ensuring performance and security compliance in a regulated environment. we are seeking a skilled Angular/JavaScript/Java Developer to support and enhance enterprise web applications.
You will be part of a collaborative team that values innovation, continuous learning, and operational excellence.


Required Qualifications:

  • Candidate can be located anywhere in US.
  • Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
  • At least 7 years of Information Technology experience.
  • Experience in full-stack development using Angular, JavaScript, and Java.
  • Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design. Experience with SQL Server and writing complex queries/stored procedures. Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
  • In order to comply with legal requirements, this role is limited to “U.S. persons” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.15. U.S. persons include U.S. citizens, U.S. Lawful Permanent Residents, and certain refugees and asylees.
  • Estimated annual compensation range for this role will be as follows:
    In CA/ WA/NY/CO/MD/IL/MN/NJ: $96,000 to $ 134,400
    In Washington, DC: $85,600 to $129,000

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with .NET or Angular 12+ and modern JavaScript frameworks. Strong portfolio demonstrating UX design and architecture.
  • Deep understanding of UX principles, responsive design, and accessibility. Experience with user research methodologies
  • Define and drive UX strategy, information architecture, and interaction design. Conduct user research, usability testing, and persona development.
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows using tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
  • Familiarity with Spring Boot, Hibernate, and microservices architecture. Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
  • Experience with ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools. Lead AMS projects across multiple applications and technologies.
  • Define and manage SLAs, KPIs, and governance models & Ensure compliance with ITIL processes and best practices.
  • Lead the development and maintenance web applications using Angular, JavaScript, and Java/.NET technologies. Troubleshoot and resolve production issues and service requests
  • Collaborate with UI/UX designers and backend developers to deliver seamless user experiences & Implement enhancements, bug fixes, and performance optimizations
  • Ensure compliance with aerospace industry standards and secure coding practices
  • Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment activities & Maintain technical documentation and support knowledge transfer
  • Oversee incident resolution, root cause analysis, and preventive actions. Manage change requests and ensure minimal disruption to business operations & Drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Aerospace or government contracting domain experience. Strong problem-solving and communication skills. Knowledge of secure coding standards and OWASP guidelines


The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
