Your role
- Requirements gathering
- Solution Design
- Impact assessment on new solutions
- ITSM + Any two of ITOM Discovery / Event Management / Service Mapping / SAM / HAM / IRM / SPM / HRSD / Workflow Data Fabric & Integrations configuration changes
- Configuring scripts
- Configuring the catalog forms and workflows
- System integration testing and unit testing
- UAT support
- Code review and migration from one environment to other environment
- Production rollout and verification
- Platform upgrades and patching
- Troubleshooting integration issues between partner systems
- Implementing automations
Required
- Must have a minimum 5 years of experience in ServiceNow configuration and development
- Must have implementation experience in ITSM and any two of the ITOM Event Management, Discovery, Service Mapping, ITAM, IRM, SPM, HRSD, App Engine, Workflow Data fabric
- Must have experience in building integrations through REST/SOAP
- Must be excellent in English communication
- Must have played client facing roles
- Ability to work or lead or manage team members remotely and ensure tasks are completed on time with good quality
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – ITSM and others
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer
Preferred
- Good knowledge or experience in AI/GenAI topics and offerings
- German Language
