Your role

In the role of Technology Lead, responsible for managing field support operations and provide technical assistance across End user devices. This role ensures consistent delivery of Field support services, oversees escalations, and maintains high standards of operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. You will also coordinate with global IT teams for cross functional initiatives ensure consistent technology experience across all supported sites. Required

  • 5+ years of experience in IT support, with 2+ years in a leading operations
  • Demonstrate knowledge of personal computing and network-based PC/workstation systems, hardware tools, client function, applications, and remote connectivity products.
  • Extensive knowledge of SCCM, imaging and software deployment.
  • Manage device and application rollouts as well as equipment refreshes
  • Lead technical support across brands and/or regions
  • Understanding of ITIL framework
  • Enterprise ITSM knowledge, ServiceNow proficiency
  • Assist server and network team with assembly, racking, patching and guided local configuration of equipment as required
  • Ability to interact effectively at all levels of the organization; Strong customer, quality, and results orientation. Executive level support experience preferred.
  • Ability to articulate complex ideas, comprehend written and verbal communications, and possess excellent presentation skills.
Preferred
  • Extensive knowledge of hardware commonly deployed in Retail and warehouse environments such as RF barcode and thin client terminals
  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft products including Office, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, Intune
  • Proficient knowledge of Active Directory, Azure and Exchange Online
  • Audio/visual system setup and support for meeting rooms / conference rooms
