Job description

Infosys is seeking a Lead SAP Data Profiling Consultant

As a Lead Consultant, you will be a key player in engaging with business/functional team in providing best fit technical solutions while conforming to client’s and Infosys development standards. You will also support knowledge transfer with the objective of providing value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
  • At least 7 years of experience with Information Technology.
  • This position may require travel to Project / client locations.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in SAP S/4HANA or ECC data migration projects.
• At least 7 years of experience in data migration, data quality, and data governance initiatives.
• Partner with business teams, data stewards, and SMEs to define and align data profiling requirements.
• Identify and prioritize critical data attributes for profiling in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Collect and document profiling rules and criteria from relevant stakeholders.
• Understand the SAP ECC data structure and create technical rules.
• Execute data profiling activities and present findings through dashboards, heatmaps, and detailed documentation.
• Conduct root cause analysis on data quality issues and recommend appropriate cleansing strategies.
• Extensive hands-on experience in data profiling and data cleansing.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and support stakeholders in data quality initiatives.
• Strong understanding of SAP data structures and models.
• Knowledge of SAP systems ECC and S/4 is essential
• Proficiency in SQL, ETL tools, and data profiling technologies.
• Proven track record in multiple data migration projects.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently.

The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face.

Estimated annual compensation range for this role will be as follows:
In CA, WA, NY, CO, MD, IL, MN, NJ : $94,000 to $131,600
In Washington, DC : $85,700 to $124,600
