Job description
Infosys is looking for a Product Analyst to support our growing PIM (Product Information Management) portfolio. In this role, you will act as the bridge between client stakeholders, business teams and engineering squads to shape and deliver digital products that transform their PIM or MDM solutions, enhance customer experience, and drive business performance.
As a Product Owner, you will be responsible for capturing business needs on critical , converting them into actionable user stories, defining the product roadmap, and collaborating with cross-functional teams through the entire product lifecycle. You will play a critical role in defining product strategy, value realization and continuous delivery.
Basic Qualifications
Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Richardson, TX ,Raliegh, NC, Hartford, CT or Phoenix, AZ or willing to relocate to the area prior to onboarding.
Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
At least 4 years of experience in Information Technology
At least 3 years of experience in Agile frameworks (Scrum/SAFe) – responsible for
backlog grooming, epic/story creation, prioritization, and sprint planning.At least 3 years of experience in PIM/MDM product framework, solution design, APIs and cloud deployment process

Preferred Qualifications
Fitment of requirements / process flow based on out-of-box product capabilities and implementation feasibility, to maximize out-of-box features
Single owner for overall solution design for PIM/MDM scope including the data model, workflow solution, data quality/governance and syndication
Define data governance process including metadata definition, workflow definition, auth models etc.
Define governance rules and industry standard guidelines
PIM/MDM process definition and data flow from source to target.
Ownership of conceptual and logical data model with the authorization model
Gather Customer Requirements and participate in high level design to identify functional & technical fitment to PIM/MDM product.
Participate in the review and sign-off sessions on the solution
Coordinating design and development work with implementation lead for optimal solution implementation
Create data migration strategy in alignment with the overall data model
Define data migration, profiling, and cleansing process with different checkpoints for quality/governance.
Collaborate and provide guidance on sprint-wise feature list for implementation to team
Guidance on solution best practices and review of solution design & implementation
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to interact with both business and technical teams.
Ability to drive cross-functional alignment in a fast-paced, iterative product development environment.
Experience in Retail/CPG/Manufacturing clients – PIM systems (example: Syndigo - Riversand, Stibo, Informatica, etc.)
Knowledge of integration platforms and API-led architecture
Experience in data-driven decision making – A/B testing, customer behavior analytics, etc.
Exposure to design thinking and user-centric product development.
Familiarity with Data Migration strategy for faster product rollouts.
Comfortable with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Figma, or other collaboration/productivity tools.
Willingness to travel to client sites occasionally, as per business need.
Act as voice of the customer, ensuring features and enhancements align with business needs and user pain points.
Own and manage the product backlog – writing user stories, defining acceptance criteria and prioritizing based on value.
Collaborate with architects, designers, engineers, QA and other stakeholders to deliver end-to-end solutions.
Partner with client stakeholders to define product roadmaps, OKRs and success metrics.
Ensure timely delivery of product increments through sprints/releases and validate outcomes against KPIs.
Participate in sprint planning, demos, retrospectives and act as the liaison between business and tech teams.
Constantly look for ways to innovate, optimize and evolve the product to meet changing customer and market demands.
The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements
