Job description

Infosys is seeking a Senior Business Analyst - Subscription Billing platform: In this role you should be proficient in Order management, Credit management, Invoicing & Billing, Accounts receivable & Collections, Cash Application. Strong analytical skills for business process improvement, experience in project planning and strategic organization, motivating teams and delegating tasks efficiently and technical proficiency with multiple Application Lifecycle Management Tools.

Required Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• At least 4 years of experience in Information Technology.
• Deep understanding of the I2C/O2C Cycle. comprehensive knowledge of the entire process, including Order management, Credit management, Invoicing & Billing, Accounts receivable & Collections, Cash Application
• Revenue Recognition: Understanding how and when revenue is recognized according to accounting principles (e.g., ASC 606/IFRS 15).
• Subscription Billing platform: familiarity with Software subscription billing platform, Integration with provisioning tools and I2C processes


Preferred Qualifications

• ERP Systems Proficiency: Need to be a subject matter expert in the relevant financial modules of major Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems
• Financial & Data Analysis: The ability to analyze financial data is paramount
• Soft Skills & Business Acumen: Excellent communication skills, Problem solving & critical thinking, attention to detail, Cross functional team collaboration, negotiation and dispute
• Expertise in grasping the complexity of current state application design, analyze new requirements to design new solution options and develop functional specification & author technical user story for developers and QA team members
• Ability to work in teams within a diverse/multi-stakeholder environment
• Ability to interact effectively across cross-functional teams to iron out integration needs

Estimated annual compensation range for this role will be as follows:
In San Jose, CA: $ 90,825 to 146,415
