Healthcare Business/System Analyst

Wanted: Global navigators, to guide the world’s largest enterprises’ digital transformations
As a consultant, you will be a key player in the consulting team that helps discover and define the problem statement, evaluates the solution options, and makes recommendations. You will create detailed design, architecture and process artifacts and implement the deployment plan. You will also support knowledge transfer with the objective of providing value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.

Location:
Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico.

Office attendance schema:
Hybrid (3 days per week)

Language:
100% Conversational.

Required Qualifications:

Requirements gathering and analysis - Facilitate meetings with stakeholders to identify business needs, pain points, and requirements for new systems or enhancements.
Document and define requirements - Create detailed documentation, such as business requirement documents (BRDs), user stories, and use cases, that clearly outline the functional and technical needs for the IT team.
Conduct data analysis - Analyze workflows and healthcare data to identify trends, patterns, and inefficiencies that can be addressed with a technology solution.
Strong database skills – ability to write queries and joins to independently fetch data from systems and work on solutions
Domain expertise in healthcare lines of business such as Medicaid, Medicare and Marketplace
Root cause analysis - Work with IT teams and perform for the issues identified in production
• Assist with project management for Testing and validations, training etc
• Strong problem-solving skills such as identifying challenges and implementing processes to overcome them.
• Excellent Communication in the forms of written and verbal communication to gather information about business, document requirements and create reports.
