Job description

Location: Monterrey, CDMX, or Guadalajara (Hybrid – 3 days/week at Infosys Office)

We’re looking for a Clinical IT Business Analyst with strong experience in requirement gathering and technical documentation within the clinical trials domain. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in cross-functional environments, enjoys working closely with stakeholders, and is passionate about improving healthcare through technology.



Key Responsibilities


• Lead requirement gathering sessions and translate business needs into clear, actionable technical documentation
• Support end-to-end clinical trial management processes—from study initiation to closeout—including internal and FDA reporting
• Ensure compliance with industry standards such as GCP, Good Documentation Practices, and Clinical Trial Quality guidelines
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions
• Perform business analysis and use case modeling to support system design and development
• Participate in the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), preferably within pharma IT platforms




Required Skills and Experience


• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of experience in IT, with a focus on clinical systems and healthcare technology
• Strong understanding of clinical trial workflows and regulatory requirements
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies and business analysis practices
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without employer-based visa sponsorship

• Experience in consulting environments with flexibility to travel
• Strong planning, coordination, and analytical capabilities
