Application Support Specialist – Treasury & Payments Systems (L2)
Role Summary
We are looking for a professional with strong expertise in Treasury, Cash & Liquidity Management systems and international payment standards to provide Level 2 (L2) support for critical applications. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of global payment systems and financial messaging formats, ensuring operational continuity and efficient incident resolution.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide L2 support for Treasury, Cash & Liquidity Management applications.
- Diagnose and resolve incidents related to international payment systems.
- Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to ensure platform stability and availability.
- Analyze and manage issues related to payment and statement formats (MT940, MT942, MT101, PAIN).
- Document solutions and contribute to continuous process improvement.
- Ensure compliance with standards such as SWIFT, EBICS, and SEPA.
Requirements
-  Technical Knowledge:- Experience with Treasury, Cash & Liquidity Management systems.
- Understanding of international payment systems and standards (SWIFT, EBICS, SEPA).
- Familiarity with payment and statement formats: MT940, MT942, MT101, PAIN.
 
-  Skills:- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication with technical and business teams.
 
-  Nice to Have:- Previous experience in L2 support within financial environments.
- Knowledge of monitoring and ticketing tools.
