Job description

Role – Principal Consultant
Location – London, UK
Business Unit – CMEADMROW
Compensation – Competitive (including bonus)

We are looking for a SNOW Technical Manager with deep understanding of ITIL/ITSM, CSM (Customer Service Management), with strong implementation experience of Change Management for complex implementations with over 14 years of experience with substantial experience.
The candidate preferably be CSA certified
Good experience in Agile way of working (Scrum), JIRA & Confluence tools and UML diagrams
ITIL Foundation certified – desired

Required
• Over 8 years of substantial experience in ServiceNow modules / solutions with hands on experience in ITSM and 14 years of overall experience.
• Implementation experience of Incident/Problem/Change Management module with good exposure to Case Management solutions
• Strong communications skills to influence business stakeholder requirements in alignment with technical framework of platform
• Good experience in Agile way of working (Scrum), JIRA & Confluence tools
• Experience of handling automation solutions including NowAssist
• Good understanding of TMForum eTOM / TAM and ODA concepts
• Desired experience of working for a Telecom client.

Essential skills
• At least 5-7 years of experience in Technical Architect role .
• Candidate should possess Good Communication & Client- interfacing skills. He should have cross-cultural working experience and should be able to work with multinational clients independently
• Able to front end stakeholders, provide alternate solutions and persuade to align to OOTB solutions
• Understanding of best practices and ensure adherence to them
• ITIL Foundation certified – desired
• Requirement Elicitation Techniques
• Business, IT Stakeholders & Vendor Management Skill
• Understanding of Requirement Management tool (e.g. JIRA) & UML diagrams
• Understanding of Agile way of working – User Story, Sprint model
• Experience in OSS/ BSS domain applications
• Understanding of Telecom products or services
• Should be able to engage with multiple stakeholders like Business, SI partners and System owners to understand, capture, finalize and sign off requirements
• Analyze the problem faced by the customer, participates in discussions with customer stakeholders to understand the problem, gather further data as required from the customer to define and document the problem and requirements
