Job description
This position will require a key player in engaging with business/functional team in providing best fit technical solutions while conforming to client’s and Infosys development standards. You will also support knowledge transfer with the objective of providing value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
At least 7 years of experience with Information Technology
The location is Foster City, CA. The Position may require travel and/or relocation.

At least 7 years of experience with experience in healthcare or life sciences SAP implementations.with strong understanding of S/4HANA, HANA DB, and SAP Fiori.
At least 4 full-cycle implementations in healthcare or life sciences.
Familiarity with healthcare data standards (HL7, FHIR) is a plus.
SAP certifications in BTP, or CPI preferred.
Excellent communication and documentation skills, especially for validation and audit purposes.
Key Responsibilities:
SAP Development & Integration:
Architect and implement solutions including CDS views, OData services, SAPUI5 apps, and Fiori interfaces for clinical, regulatory, and manufacturing processes.
Lead RICEFW development across modules like SAP QM, EWM, MM, and FICO with a focus on healthcare-specific workflows (e.g., batch traceability, quality events, clinical trial supply management).
Integrate SAP with external systems such as LIMS, MES, and EDC platforms using SAP BTP and CPI.
Compliance & Data Integrity:
Ensure all developments align with healthcare regulations including HIPAA, GxP, and FDA requirements.
Implement audit trails, electronic signatures, and secure data handling practices.
SAP BTP & Cloud Enablement:
Design and deploy cloud-native applications on SAP BTP to support patient data management, digital health records, and real-time analytics.
Utilize SAP Integration Suite for secure and scalable data exchange across healthcare ecosystems.
Collaboration & Leadership:
Work closely with clinical operations, regulatory affairs, and IT teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.
Mentor junior developers and ensure adherence to SAP best practices and documentation standards
The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
