Your role
In the role of Senior Systems Engineer, you will interface with key stakeholders and apply your technical proficiency across different stages of the Software Development Life Cycle including Requirements Elicitation, Application Architecture definition and Design. You will play an important role in creating the high level design artifacts. You will also deliver high quality code deliverables for a module, lead validation for all types of testing and support activities related to implementation, transition and warranty. Key Responsibilities:
Desktop Support Engineer provides on-site technical support for end-user devices, peripherals, and network connectivity. This role involves physical troubleshooting, hardware installation, and coordination with remote support teams to ensure smooth IT operations.
• Provide on-site support for desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals.
• Provide meeting room support and VIP support to business.
• Perform hardware installations, replacements, and basic repairs.
• Assist with network connectivity issues and cable management.
• Act as the local point of contact for remote IT teams during incident resolution.
• Maintain inventory of IT assets and ensure compliance with company standards.
• Document issues and resolutions in the ticketing system.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Basic knowledge of Windows/Mac OS and common office applications.
• Familiarity with hardware troubleshooting and peripheral setup.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to lift and move IT equipment as needed.
