Your Role
For this role we are seeking a Senior Manager – KO PIM (Product Information Management) / Data Steward Lead to oversee the global product master data lifecycle for finished goods across all markets, product types, and routes to market.
This role has broad influence and visibility. You will serve as a trusted adviser to markets on supply chain data, lead global governance initiatives, and act as a key enabler in the client’s digital data transformation journey. Your work ensures that product data is complete, accurate, and available — empowering bottlers, retailers, and internal teams worldwide.
•Own and manage the full CRUD lifecycle (Create, Read, Update, Delete) of finished goods master data globally.
•Define and enforce data governance policies, standards, and associated processes to uphold data quality across all operating units.
•Partner cross-functionally to collect and align business requirements for upstream and downstream data integration points.
•Identify, propose, and validate process improvements to drive efficiencies, quality, and speed to market.
•Support global deployment projects and ensure alignment with Enterprise Data Governance recommendations.
•Collaborate with other Data Stewards and partners to share knowledge and educate
•Utilize MDM/PIM (e.g., Salsify), metadata management tools, and BI platforms (PowerBI preferred) to monitor and improve data quality.
•Advocate for data stewardship awareness across markets and functions.
Required
Education & Experience:
•Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Supply Chain, Business Analytics or related field (or equivalent experience).
•10+ years of experience in data stewardship, governance, or enterprise data management in a business operations context.
•Strong knowledge of supply chain concepts and processes.
•Proven ability to lead projects and influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.
Technical Skills:
•Required: MDM/PIM systems experience (e.g., Informatica Product 360), metadata management tools, advanced Microsoft Excel skills.

•Strong stakeholder engagement and communication abilities, able to influence and align teams on policies and practices.
•High attention to detail while maintaining a perspective on overall strategic objectives.
•Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-changing, global environment.
•Fluent written and spoken English (required).

Technical Skills:
•PowerBI, GS1 Global Data Synchronization Network (GDSN), Salsify.
