Infosys is looking for a Data Quality (Informatica) Engineer, you will interface with key stakeholders and apply your technical proficiency across different stages of the Software Development Life Cycle including Requirements Elicitation, Application Architecture definition and Design. You will play an important role in creating the high-level design artifacts. You will also deliver high quality code deliverables for a module, lead validation for all types of testing and support activities related to implementation, transition and warranty. Required Qualifications:
- Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Plano, TX or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel within the US
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education
- At least 4 years of experience with Information Technology

- Hands on experience leading data governance (Metadata Management: Data Catalog, Lineage and Glossary Maintenance and Support) and data quality operations (Data Quality Scorecard Establishment and Monitoring and Root Cause Analysis of DQ issues)
- Hands on experience with multiple data governance and data quality tools & frameworks such as Informatica, Great Expectations, etc.
- Experience establishing unified SOPs for DG & DQ Operations
- Experience with establishing AI infused data governance and data quality processes
- Ability to lead and manage global teams for DG/DQ operations
- Excellent communication and senior client stakeholder management skill
- Must be able to support IDQ and Informatica MDM related work loads
- Should be able to design data models, match/merge rules, survivorship strategies, hierarchies, and workflows for Supplier and Location domains.
- Experience with Jira and Agile methodologies; ability to perform Product Owner responsibilities.
- Integration experience with ERP (SAP/Oracle), procurement platforms, Cloud Data warehousing and downstream systems.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
