UIPath Developer

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS (mandatory):

Lead the design, development, and deployment of complex RPA solutions using UiPath.

• Analyze business processes and evaluate automation feasibility.
• Create high‑level and low‑level design documents (PDD/SDD).
• Develop scalable workflows using UiPath Studio, REFramework, custom activities, and reusable components.
• Integrate automations with APIs, databases, OCR engines, and enterprise applications.
• Manage bot configurations, queues, triggers, and assets in UiPath Orchestrator.
• Conduct code reviews and enforce RPA development best practices.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production issues with root‑cause analysis.
• Optimize bot performance and ensure high availability and reliability.
• Mentor junior developers and support team in solutioning and technical queries.
• Collaborate with BAs, SMEs, QA, and IT teams across the automation lifecycle.
• Ensure compliance with security, governance, and documentation standards.
• Participate in roadmap planning, effort estimation, and architectural discussions.
