The Role
We are seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager (TPM) with domain knowledge in the lubricants industry, strong understanding of data platforms, cloud technologies (AWS preferred), and proven ability to manage and deliver complex, cross-functional digital programs.
Program Leadership & Delivery
- Must have led end-to-end delivery of digital programs across the Lubricants business.
- Drive roadmap definition, scope, KPIs, and success metrics.
- Manage cross-functional squads.
- Build and maintain program governance, risk registers, and communication plans.
- Ensure high-quality delivery using Agile/Scaled Agile.
Lubes Domain Expertise
- Understand lubes business and the product life cycle.
- Translate business needs into technical requirements.
- Support use cases such as predictive demand forecasting, data management, blending optimization, plant digitalization, and customer enablement.
Data & Cloud (AWS)
- Must have led data ingestion, quality, governance, and metadata initiatives.
- Must have worked with AWS components including S3, Glue, Redshift, Athena, EMR, Lake Formation, Lambda, and API Gateway.
- Oversee dashboard development.
- Ensure security, compliance, and cost optimization.
Technical & Functional Skills
- Must have strong understanding of modern data architecture, ETL/ELT, and data modeling.- Ability to translate complex technical concepts.
- Experience with IoT, MES/ERP/PLM integration.
- Familiarity with ML/AI industrial use cases.
Stakeholder Management
- Engage with senior leaders and cross-functional teams.
- Manage vendors and technology partners.
- Facilitate steering committees and workshops.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or related fields.
- 7–12+ years of TPM or digital delivery experience.
- Direct experience in lubricants or downstream O&G required.
- Experience with AWS and data engineering.
- PMP or Agile certifications preferred.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
- Ability to lead in ambiguous environments.
- High ownership and execution focus.
