2015ASCNUS Senior Consultant


Infosys is seeking Senior Business Analyst. This role requires close partnership and collaboration with other Business Stakeholders and Subject Matter Experts. Essential Job Duties include managing HealthPlan applications Deployment aligned to Industry best practices and translating functional & technical requirements into implementation work package.

Required Qualification:
  • Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
  • Candidates need to be in and around or willing to relocate to Long Beach CA.
  • At least 4 years of experience in Information Technology.
  • Healthcare industry experience is preferred.
  • Experience with healthcare payer, preferably on UM PEGA.
  • Business Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and document needs specific to healthcare processes.
  • System Design & Implementation: Design and implement solutions tailored to healthcare transactions.
  • Data Mapping & Translation: Develop mappings, such as STTM documents, to support accurate data transformation and seamless integration across systems.
  • Testing & Quality Assurance: Perform rigorous testing to ensure system accuracy, compliance, and reliability.
  • Troubleshooting & Maintenance: Address system issues to maintain smooth and efficient operations.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Planning and Co-ordination skills.
  • Good Communication and Analytical skills.
  • Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment.
  • Ability to write design documents and walk the audience through the design.
  • Able to estimate for the end-to-end delivery of Integration projects.

For candidates based out of LONG BEACH, CA, estimated annual compensation will be $80,373 to $118,800
