This role combines the responsibilities of a Business Analyst and RPA Automation. The role will play a central part in analyzing business requirements, defining and creating analytics for new product features and acceptance criteria, managing project delivery, leveraging data insights, and validating solutions.

Desired Skills and Experience:
- 4- 8 yrs of experience in Business Analyst role
- Experience in RPA automation
- Preferred experience in UiPath or any other RPA tool
- Strong SQL skills
- Strong communication skills
- Experience with APIs
- Strong knowledge in Agile/scrum processes
- Gather functional and non-functional requirements
- Translate business needs into clear, testable requirements
- Create and maintain - Business Requirements Documents (BRD), Functional Requirements Documents (FRD),
- Process Design Document (PDD), User Stories and Acceptance Criteria, Use Cases and Process Flows
