RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Gather and analyze business requirements for application and database migration activities.
- Translate business needs into clear specifications, workflows and documentation.
- Collaborate with development, testing, architecture and infrastructure teams.
- Support testing cycles with scenario preparation, validation and requirement traceability.
- Prepare business documents, user guides and communication materials.
- Ensure business requirements align with quality expectations and acceptance criteria.
SKILLS/COMPETENCIES
- Background in Information Technology, Business or related fields.
- Experience in business analysis for enterprise systems or migration initiatives.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex business scenarios.
- Excellent communication and team collaboration abilities.
- Knowledge of system workflows, integration behavior and testing support.
Additional Skills:
- Excellent customer interfacing skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
- Taiwanese language is required.
