In this role, the candidate will join the Reject Validation team, which is responsible for the development of automated reject validation solutions and for the data analysis of qualification rejects, yield fallouts, and early customer returns. Responsibilities include creating, integrating, and validating test modules into various test programs, developing new capabilities and test methods, driving automation, and collaborating with cross-functional teams for process optimization and test efficiency. Additionally, the candidate will be responsible for characterizing samples on class testers, analyzing failure signatures, and recommending appropriate actions to root cause these failures.

Qualifications:
You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. Experience would be obtained through a combination of prior education level classes, and current level school classes, projects, research, and relevant previous job and/or internship experience.
Minimum Qualifications:
The candidate must have a degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science or related field and 4 years of relevant experience OR candidates with relevant master's degree and 2 years' relevant experience. Relevant experience should include:
Upper intermediate to advanced English.
Solid software skills (Python, Perl, SQL, and/or C++) including proficiency in regular expressions.
Understanding of CPU architecture, design, fab process, and/or device physics.
Preferred Qualifications:
Knowledge in JavaScript for web development & web design.
Solid Understanding principles of class/sort test and design for test.
Knowledge in the use of testers (CMT / HDMT).
Hands-on experience working with compute device (PCs, Smart and Connected devices).
