OpenVINO Developer Tools group is looking for AI Software Validation Intern to join the team responsible for testing features of future deep learning platforms and appliances from the OpenVINO ecosystem https://openvino.ai/
As a part of the team, you will work with the newest software solutions utilizing AI HW developed at Intel. You will contribute to the validation of our products and integration with other tools from OpenVINO ecosystem, maintaining test cases based on functional requirements and accuracy measurements guidelines, work on products in the Artificial Intelligence and Deep Learning domain, write code for automated tests or report generators, mainly in Python, and perform manual validation where needed.
Candidate profile:

What will you do:
- Test Supervision: Oversee the execution of tests to ensure accuracy and compliance with requirements.
- Report Generation: Create reports for AI models accuracy results to track the progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Test Analysis: Analyze test results and create Jira tickets to document issues and track resolutions.
- Developer Support: Provide support to the development team in resolving potential issues. This includes analyzing problems, running tests, and verifying results.
- Test Case Design: Design test cases and automation scripts based on functional requirements and model accuracy validation guidelines.
- Manual Validation: Perform manual experiments to ensure functionality and robustness of the solutions.
Qualifications:
No professional experience is required, but a foundational understanding of Python and Linux will help you succeed in this role.
Language Proficiency:
Fluent English (written and verbal) is necessary, as you will be working with user documentation and collaborating in an international environment.
Analytical Skills:
Strong analytical skills are crucial for analyzing test results, creating reports, and solving complex problems.
A passion for working with data and generating insightful reports is highly valued.
Personal Interests:
Personal interests or hobbies in Artificial Intelligence, deep learning, or familiarity with OpenVINO.
Learning Opportunities:
